I believe leadership begins within.
For more than 35 years, I have served public education as a teacher, principal, state-level school improvement leader, nonprofit regional director, coach, and facilitator. Across those roles, I have witnessed the joy, purpose, and complexity of leadership and the difference it makes when leaders have trusted space to reflect and grow.
Today, I bring together decades of educational leadership experience with coaching and reflective practices to create that space for women superintendents: a place to reconnect with themselves, trust their own wisdom, and lead with greater clarity, courage, and grace.
